The villa is suitable for habitation till 8 people.

Those who stay in villa Hakunamatata (“don’t worry, be happy”), feel like living in a small paradise. The house and the various terraces offer a magnificent view over the Aegean sea, in total peace and tranquillity, enjoyed from everywhere in and outside the house.

The villa which is built from natural stone is located at 30 meters above the Aegean sea with its small uninhabited islands and the green and beautiful coastline. Immediately below the villa is also the beautiful beach Achladies.

Around the villa, you will find several large terraces and the outside swimming pool with a warm water outside-shower.

The living area on the top floor comprises of an open kitchen, an office / work area, a lounge area with fireplace, and a large dining area with a dining table of 3 meters and 8 chairs.

The villa has a wonderful chestnut roof, with the characteristics of local Greek architecture and is reminiscent of a Dutch farmer house. There are many French doors and windows opening onto the terraces. There is also a staircase to floors below.

On the second floor are the bedrooms, bathrooms, store room and two toilets. The lowest floor is the garage.
