The Townhouse is centrally located in the old part of town a truly unique house called the Townhouse is available to offer companies or families up to 12 people an original and unforgettable stay in Skiathos town.

This old house was renovated with an eye for detail and respecting the original features. It has a court yard with original pots and a big table for cosy gatherings, breakfast with traditional Greek bread or home cooked meals.

Entering the house the first thing you feel is a warm atmosphere, unconventional and creative. You enter the kitchen and dining area, where the beautiful kitchen is a gem to the room, and the dining furniture of recycled tropical wood gives a warm and timeless character.

There is a storage room and a WC behind the kitchen.Through double doors the living room can be accessed, with a natural stone wall, beautifully carpentered wood work and an original fire place. Here a touch of modernization can support your lazy moments: a home cinema set with satellite connection for staying update on the news, or relax on the very unique couch while watching a movie.

A beautiful staircase leads up to the first level where 3 bedrooms are located. A small one with a 1.20 wide bed, good for children or couples in love... One with a big double bed, and a balcony with super views to the green mountains of Skiathos. Then the third bedroom is on the far side of the corridor and has a big double bed, and a sofa that can be converted in one more double bed.

A big bathroom with a bath and a shower is located between the rooms.Between the two bigger bedrooms there is a spacious balcony from where stairs lead up to the roof terrace with great views all around. You can see the green mountains, the bigger part of the town and even the harbor. This roof top terrace is absolutely suitable for candles and wine at night.
 
From the court yard you can access the two independent guest units. One is located on the far left, and has a sofa that can into a double bed, its own bathroom, and a beamer screen.The other studio is located in the basement area and is absolutely unique. king size bed beautifully decorated all around is the epic center of the room, and a sitting area and its own little bathroom complete this mini apartment.

The Townhouse is just wonderful and enchanting, and it will allow you to enjoy your holidays in Skiathos in a unique way. The area is full of little restaurant and traditional tavernas, there are little shops nearby and the harbor is only 5 minutes away. They are is not developed for tourism and therefore the image you get is an authentic and unspoilt one.
